Home Credit India appoints Harshita Khanna as Chief People Officer

Home Credit India (HCIN), a local arm of the international consumer credit provider with operations spanning Europe and Asia, today announced the appointment of Harshita Khanna as Chief People Officer, responsible for management of the human resources sector for its activities in India.

In this role, Harshita will be responsible for driving people-centered organizational development priorities including internal communication, talent acquisition and management, employee lifecycle management, human resources digitization, strategy reward, performance management and maintaining an inclusive work culture for business growth.

With over fifteen years of relevant experience, Harshita’s core competencies lie in rewards and performance management, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, business partnerships, talent management and development and digitization of human resources.

Welcoming Harshita as the new CPO, Ondrej Kubik, CEO of Home Credit India said; “As we continue to build Home Credit India into a strong consumer finance organization serving the aspirations of the unbanked, we are delighted that Harshita is joining us on the mission. Harshita has many certifications and accolades to her credit, including an AON Hewitt Certified Performance Management Expert, CIPD Certified Organizational Design Professional, MEHR Certified OD Analyst, and MEHR Certified Psychometric Testing Professional. She received the “Knowledge Creator of the Year Award – 2010” at AON Hewitt, nominated as TCC Strategic Lead for Asia-Pacific region by AON Hewitt regional and global leaders, nominated for training CIPD after successfully completing the European Home Regulation Program. Harshita holds an MA in Operations Research and obtained her Honors BA in Mathematics from the University of Delhi.
