At Home Credit, employees are encouraged to come up with their own ideas, participate in events and provide feedback after each activity. The company is hosting online and in-person events as part of the employee-centric strategy. Additionally, with staff spread across the country, Home Credit also hosts hybrid events.

For example, HomeChat is a hybrid monthly event, providing useful insights and insights from outside experts and internal employees.
