New Delhi, May 13 (IANS) Home Credit India is supporting its employees with a series of financial and medical assistance measures that ensure the lives of employees and their families are saved.
Home Credit India has set up a Covid task force made up of proactive and willing employees who go the extra mile to help other colleagues. The task forces help with a range of activities, from raising awareness about plasma donation to providing car assistance in an emergency.
Home Credit has also set up a fund to provide financial assistance to employees. Acquisition of an oxygen concentrator and an oxygen cylinder in various offices for emergency use for employees and their families.
For all employees, an advance leave allocation has been implemented for the whole year and can be used during the Covid-19 period.
Home Credit has launched a scheme in which an employee who died due to Covid will receive a salary for one year up to Rs 5 lakh.
It has increased the insurance cover from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 1 lakh under ESIC benefits. It will make a big difference for the frontline team
At present, people feel psychologically and emotionally exhausted and even the smallest of problems becomes a cause for concern. Currently, it is important that employees and their families receive timely medical advice. To help employees, Home Credit has organized free online medical consultation services.
