Care360 is holistic health service protection, encompassing the important and practical services necessary for healthy living. In partnership with DocOnline, a Care360 member (with up to 4 family members) will enjoy free and unlimited tele/video medical consultations, COVID care during isolation/quarantine, cashless OPD, pharmacy online and a quality diagnostic service. In addition to health services, Care360 members will also benefit from the complementary insurance package worth up to Rs 10 lakh covering term life insurance, intensive care, specific health insurance, home contents and online fraud protection.
All of these services and a few more are offered at a very affordable cost, as customers opting for Care360 premium subscription plans on the HCIN website or at retail partners will receive a free Ujjwal EMI card with an amount of predefined subscription plan credit, which will be converted into easy EMIs at zero cost. Therefore, the customer does not pay anything in advance for the subscription.
