This will allow HCPH to learn customer needs more quickly and resolve issues related to product and cash loans, payment status, account balance, product availability, partner brands, stores retail, gift payments, among others.
Operating across multiple touchpoints, this new 24/7 service allows customers to seek assistance from a customer service representative with their concerns by messaging through HCPH’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Customers browsing the official website of HCPH can click the “Chat with us” icon on the bottom right of the website to send their queries.
