PNB Housing Finance partners with CSC to offer last mile mortgage loan facilities

PNB Housing Finance (PNBHF) announced today that it has partnered with CSC e ‐ Governance Services India, a strategic cornerstone of the Digital India program to provide last mile home loan facilities to people living in cities Level 2 and 3. This initiative will also help PNB Housing’s vision to contribute to the country’s financial inclusion agenda.

In order to promote mortgage lending facilities and financial services in small towns across the country, the partnership will play a key role in giving wings to families’ dreams of owning a home. PNB Housing guarantees convenient and hassle-free loans for these clients every step of the way.

To provide more ease and convenience, potential clients can apply for PNB home loans through its online home loan platform, ACE. CSC centers will also serve as delivery points for EMI repayments and provide assistance to customers with online mortgage applications.

With this partnership, PNB Housing Finance aims to provide a door-to-door mortgage facility through CSC’s extensive network. The CSC will help create much needed awareness and guide local communities in their mortgage loan applications. This collaboration is one of the many measures taken by PNB Housing to support the country’s financial inclusion.

PNB Housing Finance Managing Director and CEO Hardayal Prasad said, “Our partnership with CSC has tremendous potential for our country’s continued Housing for All agenda. The rapprochement with CSC will increase home loans to low-income communities across the country. We aim to strengthen our desire to be a housing partner for all by expanding our services. With this merger, we look forward to expanding the reach and accessibility of PNB Housing in the backcountry. ”

Announcing his partnership, CSC e ‐ Governance Services India CEO Sanjay Kumar Rakesh said, “Our partnership with PNB Housing Finance will open new avenues for financial inclusion, as it will help people residing in remote areas to own a house. We can foster inclusive growth in society by providing such facilities even in the most remote areas of the country. “
