Mercury Insurance Reduces Rates for NJ Homeowners
Mercury Insurance has announced that it is slashing home insurance rates for New Jersey residents by 5.2% on average. When combined with a Mercury auto policy, the rate is reduced by 8.2% on average.
The discount applies immediately to new customers and will apply to policy renewals starting Aug. 14, the company said.
“We’re happy to help put money back in the pockets of our New Jersey customers,” said Sarah Wang, Mercury New Jersey product manager. “We’re also focused on helping New Jersey homeowners get deeper discounts on bundled policies and increasing homeowners insurance coverage for coastal residents. Mercury Insurance is intentionally reducing its rates to help consumers because we believe affordable insurance should be available to everyone. “
Mercury operates through a network of 485 independent insurance agencies in New Jersey. Homeowners can get a quote on the company’s website.
